In January of 2004, James Madison K12 Academy was notified by Florida Child Scholarships that they would no longer be able to provide scholarships to students. While other scholarship funding organizations have agreed to assume the payments for Florida Child Scholarship recipients, they will not allow virtual schools to participate in their programs. For this reason, the decision was made to close James Madison K12 Academy, effective June 18, 2004. We are making every effort to assist our current students and their families in making plans for the 2004-2005 school year.
